Standard turnaround is up to 14 days from the date your item is checked in and accepted, not from the date you book.
You bring it to us. Booking online reserves your cleaning service; the item is then brought to The Gear Spa, Unit 5 Tekori Court, Louth, LN11 0WA, in person for inspection and check-in. Please do not post or courier items to us.
We contact you when your item is ready and you collect it in person, or someone you have authorised in writing collects it for you.
